Mission

The Omnichannel Marketing Director directs and oversee the Digital, Marketing and Communication team. You will design, implement and monitor effective retail, wholesale & e-commerce marketing strategies that create a clear, consistent and valuable Brand Image & Customer Experience while achieving customer acquisition, loyalty, traffic, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Based on the global brand platform and central guidelines, establish local positioning, identify target audiences, and develop & implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
  • Lead the eCommerce sales channel, CRM, social media, and customer service, with a team of 3+, and deliver business objectives
  • Lead the execution of local marketing plans from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration, setting current and long-term goals with specific objectives across channels, customer segments and product categories.
  • Create all advertising and public-facing communications, following guidance of central creative teams, to support the brand platform and its strategic objectives, with a special focus on digital assets
  • From global recommendations, adapt and execute multi-channel campaigns, promotions, automated marketing, and loyalty programs, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Track, analyze and monitor effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns and all marketing initiatives, and improve them when necessary
  • Build relationships with media, Influencers, B2B and partnerships through creative grassroots, digital and PR marketing activities strategies
  • Analyze customer & market insights, consumer trends, competitors’ activities and marketing best practices to identify challenges, opportunities for growth and build successful strategies – with a special focus on increasing customer conversions and generating more qualified leads.
  • Design, communicate and lead the brand VM strategy, concepts and rollout
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO, and participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
  • Train and develop the team to a sense of urgency and best in class execution

Requirements

  • 7+ years digital marketing and brand activation experience in a fast paced, multi-channel retail environment
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy within retail company – cosmetics/beauty industry is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and traffic in e-commerce and driving business forward
  • Digitally native retail experience is a plus
  • Global perspective and international experience is a plus
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Knowledge of online/offline marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Result oriented, strong leadership, customer oriented
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
  • Degree in Digital, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
