Develops Digital CRM master campaigns for local markets (Russia, Centre-Europe, Poland, Spain, etc.) & leads

eCRM activities and performances in collaboration with local CRM team for Central Europe Cluster.


•Setup Digital CRM annual scenario (preliminary contact plan) for Central Europe Cluster
•Campaign launch:
‒Analyzes Digital CRM bilans from all markets, builds key learnings & recommendations
‒Builds Digital CRM offer versions for markets in line with budget & objectives
‒In charge of managing relationship with Central Europe Cluster
‒Explains key decisions & inputs (Digital CRM offer versions, news, etc.) to Central Europe Cluster-  CRM manager with his   recommendation thanks to convincing business argumentation.
‒Alerts his hierarchy in case of non or mis-implementation of the central recommendation.
‒Prepares communication brief
•Campaign performance monitoring:
‒Steers campaign Digital CRM KPIs and their analyses in collaboration with local team
‒Builds action plan if needed to secure their implementation to increase campaign performance
•Designs & decides test plans to be conducted by local CRM teams
•Country support:
‒Manages proper execution of CRM toolboxes

Rolls-out CRM Brand concept in Central Europe Cluster



•3+ years experience as e-com manager or online marketing manager
•Experience in omnichannel & consumer goods industry
•General knowledge in CRM, e-CRM, loyalty techniques and direct marketing tools
Digital CRM campaign management skills (email, wallet, SMS, RS)
•Capacity to handle multiple projects and prioritize
•Able to work in teams & with multiple stakeholders (CRM, GBA, Central / Local, etc.)
•Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
•Fluent French & English, Polish is a plus



•Master Microsoft office tools
•Master Google analytics
