Digital Data Analyst H/F/X

Within the Data & Performance team, you will be the go-to expert for analyzing our digital and e-commerce performance. Your mission will be to turn our data into strategic decisions, directly impacting the online growth of our brands. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, in close collaboration with the Media, CRM, and Business teams.

 

Your missions

  • Monitor the business performance of e-commerce sites and share insights explaining the evolution of key indicators.
  • Analyze user journeys and digital campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize business results (revenue, traffic, conversion rate, average order value) and the performance of digital campaigns (acquisition, recruitment, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition).
  • Build, optimize, and enhance e-commerce and Marketplace performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to media mix and attribution analyses to assess the contribution and effectiveness of different channels.
  • Ensure data quality and work with technical teams to resolve tracking issues.
  • Use GA4, BigQuery, and SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business challenges and support strategic decisions.

 

Your profile

  • Education & Experience: With a Master's degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing, data analytics, or a related field, you have at least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.
  • Know-how:
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and a data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker Studio).
    • Mastery of SQL and experience with large datasets using BigQuery; knowledge of Python is a plus.
    • Good understanding of digital acquisition levers and attribution challenges (Media Mix Modeling).
    • Ability to transform complex data into simple insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Fluent English is required.
